Handmade products
All products sold by Cattle Clobber are handmade. As a result, each item is unique and may vary slightly in colour, texture, finish, or dimensions from product images or descriptions. These natural variations are characteristic of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

Refunds and returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.
However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not affected by this policy. If a product is faulty, unsafe, or significantly not as described, you are entitled to a remedy. In such cases, please contact us promptly and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
